Comprehensive maintenance of VRV/VRF indoor and outdoor unit wich include all spare parts required for comrehensive maintenance of VRV/VRF unit as per Annexure- A and B.

Sub Head- VRV/VRF SystemRunning and Operation of VRF System (ODUs and IDUs) by deploying one no. trained Technician in each shift (total 2 shifts) and one no. Khallasi in general shift for general maintenance and troubleshooting etc. complete as required. Details of installations of VRF System are given in and Annexure-A. Schedule of routine and preventive maintenance is given in Annexure-B.

Supplying and charging of R-22/R-410 Gas in the AC units including Pdg & fixing necessary copper piping, capillary tube including pressure testing, leak detecting and commissioning etc, complete required at site. a) 2.0 TR and 1.5 TR Split type AC units, Water Cooler, Window AC

Rewinding of fan motor of 2.0 TR Split type AC units and Water Cooler (capacity 150 Ltr) i/c replacement of gun metal bushes, testing, commissioning etc as required.

Supply & Replacement of 2 TR/1.5 TR Split AC, PCB Invertor Type complete with connection testing etc as required.

Supply and Replacement (i/c deduction of cost for replaced item) of condensing coil / cooling coil suitable for all type Split / Window AC (as per inventory) attached complete with connection testingetc as required.

Supply and replacement (i/c deduction of cost for replaced item) of copper piping for refrigerant flow (Liquid & gas) between indoor and outdoor unit of split AC complete with suitable insulation, tie rod, hanger etc. complete as required.
