Supply of Manufacture supply and erection of hydraulic rag bailing machine for bailing of recyclable waste. Such as plastic paper and rags Suitable Power Pack and control valves with hand Operatedlever.The overall machine size Is 2000 mm height ×800mm length ×500mm width with separate stand for mounting hand operated hydraulic cylinder and starter.The machine will be operated hydraulically with 3HP motor.Bale weight approximately 40 to 70 kgs and above.The duration of bailing is 6 to 12 bale per hour.Bundle size is 500mm length ×350mm width ×400mm height.The frame should be made up of IS2062 grade M.S. “L” angle and flates. Chamber size shall be minimum 10mm thickness M.S plate with reinforcement. The doors will be made up of 6mm width channel thickness, M.S plates with easy opening options or tagging the bundle on besides.ect completd asper standard specification.
