Major over hauling of Kirloskar Make AV-I,05 HP Diesel engine by removing engine from base frame,dismantling the complete engine, inspection,cleaning,checking and replacing the complete worn out spares like Oil seal, Head gasket, Cyl. Head assly,Crankshaft assembly,Inlet & Exhaust Valve,Lub oil Pipe, Cylinder Liner,Piston assly,Piston Ring set, Rocker box,Fuel pump assly,Injector Nozzle, Air Cleaner,Lub oil pipe,Fuel pipe,Crank gear,etc,with new spares as required including re-assembling the enginer, re-fixing the engine along with repair of pump by replacing the Pumpshaft with keys & Lock nut,CI Impeller and testing to satisfactory preformance as per the direction of Engg.Incharge.
