TRAFFIC SIGNS - STOP (60 cm Octagan as per IRC:67-2012)Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 Retro-Reflective sheeting of Clause No. 6.7 make of high intensity and high Intensity Prismatic grade sheeting Class-B and as per MoRTH clause No. 801.3, fixed cover atleast 2 mm thick with aluminium and 4 mm thick with aluminium composite material, confirming to IRC-67-2012 Clause No. 6.6 and Table No. 6.2, supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing (as per IRC:67-2012 clause 14.60) 90 cm equilaterial triangle. Note: The composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacturer and authorized converter of at least 7 Years shall be furnished on non judicial stamp of required denomination both for rectroreflective sheet and also complete signage. Transverse Bar (Repeated Bars) for Speed Calming (Thermo Plastic Paint) Providing and Applying Hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gm /sqm area. Thickness of 15 mm is excusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35-2015. The finish surface to be leveled uniform and free form streaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800-9 of clause 803 of MORTH Confirming to Grade-I as per IS:164 and Thermoplastic materials tested in accordence with ASTM D36/BS-3262-(Part-I) including cost of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I.
