Taking down existing steel/aluminium windows any type and size .

S&F Windows fully glazed with 10mm thick frosted toughened glassfixed with Aluminium frame to withstand with necessary glass neoprene packing and fixing arrangements including cuttings and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm thick frosted toughened glass doors of any size and design with suitable stainless steel patch fittings, locking arrangement, floor springs and 02/04 Nos 450/600mm long matt finish handles (fancy type) in each door (with unit emblem) including necessary acid washing/scratching(including unit logo itching) and withcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work in single piece (table rubbed and polished) in steps, floors, window- cills, jambs of doors, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match withshadeover and including 20mm thick CM (1:6) bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/old treated surfaces and applying 02 coats of distember oil emulsion on walls & ceiling including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified.
