| 1 | Providing comprehensive annual maintenance periodical/preventive maintenanceincluding annual maintenance of cooling appliances ( Split type Air Conditioners, Water coolers, Refrigerators and Deep Freezers) as per manufacturer specificationby providing one AC/Refrigeration mechanic including replacement ofcomponents as listed in subsequent items here in after. The maintenance of cooling appliances includes the following:-(a) Cleaning of coil unit with dust blower, lubricate the indoor and outdoor fan motor with oil.(b) Cleaning of air filters, indoor unit grills & filters through air blower.(c) Checking and cleaning the drain connection and air filter periodically, washing of coil with ventiklean solution once in a contract period.(d) Check and replace the refrigerent pipe once in a contract period or as and when required.(e) Check and repair the minor electrical fault in incoming supply.(f) Check and replace the water PVC pipe.(g)Replacementof faulty spares/components(h) Carry out the monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance of all cooling applicances of any make & capacity with job card and making the Cooling Appliances functional(Attending 3 Complaints shall be measured as one job) |
