Conversion of Charpoy GI Pipe Nylon Newar to Charpoy GI Pipe Plywood top by removing nylon Newar and S&F of 12mm thick BWR densified film face shuttering plywoodall layers glued of size1980mm x 900mm by fixing with 12 Nos nut and bolt of suitable size with GI washer along with provision of 25mm x 3mm flat iron stiffner 02 Nosat the ends toweldedwith the top of long rail as directed by GE.The flar iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide. Removing of damaged/broken long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of GI pipe 32mm bore (ISI marked) medium grade including threading both sides all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old damaged/broken long rail from charpoy and making of short rail from u/s long rail retreived from above incl threading & fixing in charpoy GI pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old damaged/broken legs from charpoy and making leg from u/s short rail retreived from above incl threading, S&F 3mm thick MS plate in bottom to be welded with legs & fixing in charpoy GI pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old broken/damaged GI elbow and S&F new GI elbow 3way 32mm bore (ISI marked) to charpoy GI pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Almirag large steel w/sh (FD-1031) :-Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. It shall be made of 20 gauge thick mild steel sheet. The almirah shall have four shelves equally spaced five compartments. The almirah shall have one normal handle 120 mm long having three way locking system with proper workmanship. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship.Rest all as per drg.Make of Lock :- Link/Godrej/Harrison.Finish & Paint :- All steel surfaces exposed to viewwhen placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab.

Charpoy IP hardtop (FD/MAP-II/01):-Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx1.6mm welded to long and short rails as shown on drg. Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx1.6mm shall be provided on equal distance between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply.Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx1.6mm shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick BWR densified film face shuttering plywoodall layers glued shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt. PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Make of Plywood : Archidply/Century/Green PlyFinish & Paint : All steel surfaces exposed to viewwhen placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process.
