Dismantling of old defective 100mm dia CPVC chilled water pipeline by draining out water, cutting the pipe, supply, installation, testing and commissioning chilled water pipeline of length 40 RM, grade SCH-40 ASTM F441 Hot & Cold water of maximum withstanding pressure 15.49Kg/Sqcm at 23 Degree Centigrade with minimum 8 nos elbows and 4 Nos couplers with proper angle iron supports as required including warpping with closed cell nitrile insulation 13mm thick of density min 40-60Kg/M3 with proper adhesive complete as per specification and quantity as requiredat site, filling water, removing air locks in pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is inclusive for necessary T&P, angle iron supports CPCV pipes, elbows, bends, couplers etc.(ii) Old maerials retrieved shall be property of contractor vide schedule of credit
