| 1 | Running Maintenance and Operation of filtration plantand other accessories i/c chemicals of swimming pool of size 50 X 21 Mtr as per detail of installation at Annexure A by deploying following staff : 3 Nos. Operator(1 No. in each shift total three shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6AM) and 2 No. Khallasi (one in each shift total of two shift i.e. 9 AM to 5 PM & 10 PM to 6 AM ) Details installation are given in Annexure& schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given in Annexure B. (The agency shall have to maintain the quality of water in the swimming pool as per requirement of licensing authority i/c supplying & putting of required chemical in main pool and toddler pool for operation and maintenance of the plant). |
| 2 | Removing of filter media, gravels and defective nozzles from the existing pressure filter complete with opening the manhole with the help of buckets, rope and required manpower etc. complete as required. |
| 3 | Painting of internal portion of existing pressure filter with anti rusted paint after applying anti rusted primer and cleaning the surface with emery paper etc. complete as required. |
| 4 | Supply and replacement umbrella type nozzles 1/2\" BSP made out of noryl (Engineering plastic) complete with taplon tape connecting testing etc as required. |
| 5 | Chemical cleaning of water body of swimming pool size 850 Sq. mtr. or above including walls, floor, scum channels, overflow channels, fountain and balancing tankof existing swimming pool atwith chemical / Sulphuric acid, & other cleaning material i/c dewatering of the pool water and balancing tank cleaning etc as required. |
| 6 | Water filling and filtration of water with the help of existing filtrations plant capacity 80000 gallons/hour both filters for treating the water of swimming pool and dose of chemical required to achieve the result as IS 3328-1993 and there relevant codes. The above chemical also includes the chlorine gas as and when required to make the quality if water as per above standard etc complete as required. |
| 7 | Servicing and Rewinding of 10HP Pump i/c connection testing etc as required. |
| 8 | Washing separating and putting the fresh filter media and gravels in the existing pressure filter complete with closing the manhole with rubber packing nut bolt washer etc as required. |
| 9 | Supply of additional filter media/gravels of different sizes for additional requirement in pressure filter upto desired level etc complete as required. |
| 10 | Sub Head-II STPRunning, maintenance & Operation of STP System as per details of installations given in Annexure-C i/c routine and preventive maintenance by deploying one no. Operator in each shift (total 2 shift, 9 am to 5pm & 9 pm to 5pm) & 1 nos. helper for general shift. |
| 11 | Requirement of chemicals i.e. Polyelectrolyte, Die Aluminium Chloride, Sodium Hypochloride (12% concentration), ACF Carbon, chlorine for disinfection & oil and grease for motor lubricating for operation of 50 KLD STP plant. |
| 12 | Sub Head-III RO Maintenance Contract for RO 200/50 / 25/15L.P.H (Summer Session)Details of installation are given in Annexure D and Additional conditions of RO. |
| 13 | Maintenance Contract for RO 200/50 / 25/15L.P.H (Lean Period / Winter Session) Details of installation are given in Annexure D and Additional conditions of RO. |
| 14 | Comprehensive maintenance of RO system as per inventory attached including repairing/replacement of booster pump, adapter, membranes, carbon filter of each suitable size, pipe, bend, auto switch, float valve, cleaning of tank, motor given in Annexure D and Additional conditions of RO etc. complete as required.(for summer season) |
