(viii) All works shall be carried out with the help of pre-planned programs so that shutdowns can be given in a systematic manner. The pre-planned program shall be submitted by the contractor in consultation with the Engr-in-Charge. Contractor shall not be able to claim any compensation if a scheduled shut down could not be given on dates planned for.(ix) Test certificate in Original duly signed by the Reps of OEM/Contr & MES after repair/overhauling is to be submitted by the contractor.(x) replacement of defective spares shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items of Sch. |
