Phase - 1 (Landscaping & Arboriculture work) Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and avg 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto with all lead and loif (good earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking of vermi compost manure at site including royalty and carriage upto with all lead and lift (vermi compost measured in stacks will reduce by 8% for payment).

Grassing with Mexicangrass with selection no grass 1 includingpreparation of the ground surfaces incl the spreading, leveling,watering the earth required for planting the grass incl mixing of the vermi compost (Note: Vermi compost and earth will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and planting Shrubs of approved quality and variety such as Pinus palutal visidi cheer/Rhodederon in the location as directed including preparing surfaces and mixing the manure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Planting of Ornamental pine tree(Ht 3-4 Feet) incl preparing pit of size with approved earth and vermi compost and providing bamboo stick support according to height of tree complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 7 but Ornamental Cupressus tree (Ht 3- 4 Feet)

Supply only fertilizer i.e urea and DAP as approved by GE

S & F Tree Guards of 0.60 m dia and 1.50 m Ht made out of vertical angle (04 Nos), horizontal flat iron along dia internally and externally (03 Nos), Expanded metal with MS wire 0.9 mm dia and n.exc 4 Kg/Sqm including painting and excavation in post holes complete all as specified and as directed(for item No 07 & 08)

S & F steel water tubes of 20 mm medium grade with fitting laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm GI pipe.

Phase - 2 (Maintenance of landscaping & Arboriculture work) Regular maintenance of edges / shrubs/ plants/trees/grass, by watering deewelding loosening soil adding manure , running and spreading approved insecticide fungi sides treaming complete to up keep healthy growth by deputing gardener (mali) well trained in the field 01 nos per day for 8 hrs duty all as directed.
