| 1 | Repairs / maintenance of electrically operated Passenger/goods lift ( 01 x13 Passenger and 1 x 08 Passenger capacities) at INS Karna and (02x13 Passenger and 2x8 Passenger capacities) at 48 DUs at INS Kalinga by employing Lift mechanics trained and qualified electricians as specified with collective/selective control schedule by carrying out periodical checks, repairs and testing as recommended by manufacturers of Lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge to ensure smooth/safe and efficient operation, including inspecting and cleaning the interior of the lift,verifying proper functioning of the buttons and indicators,lubricating moving parts and hinges,inspecting and cleaning door mechanism,testing emergency communication systems,inspecting and cleaning hoistway and pit area,testing and adjusting door closing and leaving,checking and cleaning elevator shaft lighting,testing and recalibrating elevator sensors and switches,inspecting and adjusting door locks and latches , fixing only spares and all as specifed in particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Notes:The quoted rate is deemed to be included for the following:-(i) The contractor shall enter into the MOU with OEM for maintenance and repairs of the above work at site.(ii) The unit rate shall deemed to include the cost of the consumables and minor parts which are require for smooth maint of lift.(iii)Periodical maitenance shall be deemed to include all repairs / replacement of worn out / defective minor parts. |
| 3 | (iv) Servicing / overhauling the lift at regular/specified intervals and including checking of all electrical connections.(v) Servicing the motor and gears, bearings with approvd make lubricants.(vi) Supply only sparesas per Sl item No. 2 to 17 here in after will be measured and paid seperately(vii) Spares of approved make suitable for the existing make. |
| 4 | Taking down the U/s magnetic break coil of 110 V DC and rewinding the same and refixing in the original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Taking down the U/smain motor of capacity 10-20 HP and rewinding the same and refixing in the original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Taking down the U/s door motor (110v-24V) AC and rewinding the same and refixing to the original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Taking down the U/sRCR Coil and rewinding the same and refixing to the original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply only Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 PLC system with suitable digital and analog I/O modules, power supply, panel wiring, programming, and complete accessories as required. |

| 10 | Supply only rotary encoder, incremental type, 1024 pulses per revolution, suitable for industrial automation application with 24 V DC supply, shaft-mounted type, complete with coupling and connection accessories as required. |
| 11 | Supply only door drive unit suitable for automatic lift doors, complete with motor, VVVF drive, controller, mounting accessories, wiring, and alignment as required for smooth and synchronized door operation. |

| 16 | Supply only elevator rope of size 1/2 \" to move up and down the elevator by an electric tractiona and balancing the car against counterweight completre all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Make:Usha Martin or equivalent. |
| 17 | Supply only MOSFET and microcontroller control card suitable for ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) system of lift, complete with power interface, control circuitry, connectors, and protection components as required for proper functioning of ARD unit complete all as specified and as directed as per site requirement. |
