| 1 | Cleaning, dewatering and desludging of runway monsoon drain depth exc 1.50 meter but n.exc 3.00 meter and bottom width exc 1.50 meter but n.exc. 3.00 meter on either side of runway/taxi track/dispersal including removing deposited sludge, silt, vegetation or any other foreign materials of any description by pumping, mannually or mechnically method for smooth fuctioning of drain complete with removal of sludge/debries n.exc. 50meter to an unobjectional place from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (a) The quoted rate deemed to be included for pumping or any type mechanically equipments engaged by the contractor. (b) Volume of settled sludge in drain bottom after removing of water (if any) shall be measured for payment against the items. |

| 3 | Cutting / trimming / dressings of grass, saplings, herbs and grass ploughing by Bush cutter for mechnaised cleaning upto 5cm height from ground level or as per site condition alongwith runway / taxi track and removing the rubish n.exc. 50meter to an unobjectional place from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.Note: (a) The work will be executed alongwith runway/taxi track and link road of runways.(b) The availability of runway to do work shall be depends on operational requirement on sunday/holiday.(c) The T&P and labours shall be entered in airfield area after prior approval of ATC.(d) The rate quoted by the contractor inclusive to make arrangment of T&P and labours including fuel and maintenance of T&P etc as required. |
| 4 | Cutting / trimming / dressings of grass, roots, saplings, herbs, vegetation, small shurbs, wild bushes and grass ploughingincluding grown up small sapling by JCB/Bush Cutter (mechnically) or manually of gith upto 5cm and upto 5cm height from ground level or as per site condition at Kancharapara airfield and removing the rubish n.exc. 50meter to an unobjectional place from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) The work shall be executed alongwith runway/taxi track and link road of runways.(ii) The availability of runway to do work shall be depends on operational requirement on sunday/holiday.(iii) The T&P and labours shall be entered in airfield area after prior approval of ATC.(iv) The rate quoted by the contractor inclusive to make arrangment of T&P and labours including fuel and maintenance of T&P etc as required. |
| 5 | Cutting / trimming / dressings of grass, saplings, herbs and grass ploughing by tractor for mechnaised cleaning (Jungle Gim)upto 5cm height from ground level or as per site condition in longitudinal and transverse direction alongwith runway/taxi track and removing the rubish n.exc. 50meter to an unobjectional place from the starting point completeall as specified and directed.Note: (i) The work shall be executed alongwith runway/taxi track and link road of runways.(ii) Daily Log sheet shall be maintained for assesment of work done hours.(iii) The availability of runway to do work shall be depends on operational requirement in sunday/holiday.(iv) The working hours shall be calculated as per running and working output basis of log sheet for payment purpose.(v) The T&P and labours shall be entered in airfield area after prior approval of ATC.(vi) The rate quoted by the contractor inclusive to make arrangment of T&P and labours including fuel and maintenance of T&P etc as required. |
| 6 | Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.including removing of unserviciable bricks and debris from site complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6)complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | All as per item No 7.00 above but except bricks and -ditto-.Note:- Serviciable bricks obtained from item No 6.00 shall be reused under this item. |
| 9 | Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbingdown with water etc. and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) andfinish the surfaceseven and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channels, drains and foundations,flooring, sub base, paving etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 80 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred /stopped endsetc complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Only inner girth shall be measuredforpayment. |
| 14 | Materials and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed. |
