| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine/ driven generating set of capactity 125 KVA/ 100KW, 0.8 power factor at 3200 Mtr altitude and having consider 12 percent dearating factor,mounted on common base frame alongwith sound proof enclosure (acoustic enclosure) 1500 RPM, with silencer pipe independently supported from engine to outside upto 1 Mtr, AVM padded foundation as per manfacture\"s design, cold starting kit, battery start with suitable size cable for connection from DG Set to panel board (DG Set shall be capable of operating in temperature range of (-35) degree centrigade to (+20) degree centrigade) complete with and incl the following:-(a) PRIME MOVER:- Vertical diesel engine of suitable capactiy water cooled (Radiator mounted) closed circuit as per BS 649 or IS-10002 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG Set shal be capable of running 24 hours continuosly with 10% over loading for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS 5514/- BS 649. Engiene shall be equipped wth all standard fittings as per manfacturer recommendation and mounted on common base frame with following accessories as per manufacturer design:-(i) RPM cum Hrs meter.(ii)Battery charging ammeter.(iii) Ignition key/ starting with push button switch.(iv) Lubricating oil pressure gauge.(v) governor controlling.(vi) temperature gauge.(vii) AMF Pannel. |

Make Exide/ Standard.(ab)Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator.(ac)Starter motor of suitable capacity.(ad)Battery leads (copper cable) of suitable size with brass thmbles and terminal.(B) ALTERNATOR:-Alternator rating 125KVA/ 100KW 03 Phase 50 cycles, 415 Volts 04 wires supply at NTP 0.8 power factor @ 1500 RPM, self-excited, self-regulated mounted on a strong fabricated steel frame suitable for mounting on permanent foundation to be coupled with the above engine. The alternator shall be confirming to BS-2613 or IS-4722.(C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:-Set shall be fitted with accoustic enclosure suitable for 125 KVA as per manfacturer instruction and confirming to CP CB norms accoustic enclosure shall comply with revised noise limit for DG Set vide GSR-371 (E) dt 17 May 2002 and its amendments under environment (protection) act 1996 issued by Min of Environment and forest.(D) CONTROL PANEL:- Alternator control panel alongwith self regulated AVR system inbuilt, cubical type with internal copper wiring for 125 KVA alternator 415 V3 phases, 04 wire, 50 Hz fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet painted internally and externally with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 01 coat of primer including following accessories as per manfacturer design:-(i) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 amp of size 96 mm x 96 mm AC with flush type selector switch, Make:-AE/ Legrand.(ii)DIgital ammeter 0-500 Amp of size 96 mm x 96 mm (3 phase/ 1 phase) AX with flush type selector switch. |
| 3 | (iv)MCCB 400 Amps, 4 pole 36KA-01 (for incoming) as recommended by manfacturer.(v) Set of copper bus bar for suitable capacity.(vi)Set of indicator lamps LED type (Red, Yellow & Blue).(vii) Set of instrument fuses.(viii) Digital energy meter having facility to show KWH, KW, KVA, power factor reading etc.(ix)Running hour meter. (E) OTHER FITTINGS:-(i) Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes, rectifier, capacitor and resistor etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to the battery charger through control panel are electric power point.(F) FUEL TANK:- Of suitable capactity as per manfacturer instructions capable to store 12 hrs running of DG Set, as per manfacturer design, with all pipes connecting upto fuel pumps including oil level indicating gauge in ltrs, drain and air vent plug etc.(i)The Contractor shell supply 2 yrs maint spare of the above Genr set:-(aa) Fuel filter - 12 Nos(ab) Lub Oil Filter - 12 Nos(ac) Eliment air Cleaner outer - 06 Nos(ad) Eliment air cleaner ineer - 06 Nos(ae) Coolant & engine Oil. |
| 4 | M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt,connected to MS galvanized earh stripof size 32 x 6 mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, wire protected by dia 15 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result all as specified.
