| 4 | Material and labour for preparing of un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and cleaning complete surfaces by applying mechnical air blower upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and applying a prime coat of Catonic bitumen emulsion RS1 conforming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/Sqm on surface of WBM as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for Road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, grass roots etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc.and applying a prime / tack coat of Catonic bitumen emulsion RS1 conforming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.20-0.30 kg/Sqm on new or old top surfaces as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for Road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Material and labourfor bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) binder content any penetrationby weight of totalmix, mixed in central computerized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with requiredcamber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designedas per design mix.Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen contents as 5.5 %. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rateof₹67.00 per KG of binder.No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.\" |
| 8 | Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines stop line dashe arrow etc and the likenot exceeding 10cm wide on road pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint with reflectorizing glass beads on bituminious surface @ 300gms/ sqm area as per IRC: 35- 1997 of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness and backup for 12 hours completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
