| 1 | Servicing and repairs to walk-in-cooler comprise with out door/indoor unit (refrigeration unit of Cap 10000-20000 BTU) of make BLUE STAR/ CARRIER, Cleaning of copper coil/pipe to be done with chemical followed by water jet. Labour charges for relaplacing the unserviceable parts of the machine including charging of Refrigerant gas, leak testing, brazing the suction/ discharge tubes where required and all strainer, Checking/repairs to sensor unit, HP/LP cut off valve for proper functioning is deemed to included in quoted rare.Note : (a) Small spares like nut, bolt, tape, gasket, copper nipple, copper fittings etc deemed to be included in quoted rate.(b)Major spares as mentioned bellow willl be measured separately.(c)One outdoor and one indoor makes a unit Loc. Note : Descalling the pumps, nylon brush,acid including storage containers, drill and drill bits to be arragned by contractor and work including welding cost of the same deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the following :-Note : Descaling shall be carried out by authorized firm dealing in cooling applications and firm which has fixed the central AC plant in a gap of min45-50 days. |
