Tender For Annual Maintenance Of 5 Nos Substations (Ht/Lt) Entailing Transformers/Panels/Circuit Breaker, Relays Etc Of Substations At Iiser Mohali
Annual maintenance and repair of 11 KV electrical substations namely Substations 1,2,4,5,6 comprising ofoil filled 11/.433 KV transformers: 2 nos. of 500KVA Voltamp make, 3 nos. of 1600KVA Kirloskar make, 2 nos of 1600 KVA Voltamp make, 2 nos of 1600 KVA Voltamp make,2 nos of 1000KVA Kirloskar make; Crompton Greaves & Kirloskar make HT panels and breakers with electronic relays, electronic voltmeter, ammeter, 22 nos of HT VCBs 800A of Crompton, Greaves / Kirloskar make, LT panel with busbars 55 nos of ACBs 800 to 2500A of L&T & ABB make, APFC panels of capacity 100 to 400 KVAR, 10 nos of Milestone / Associated make, 63A TPNs, Battery with battery charger, MCCBs,electronic voltmeter, ammeter, relays, APFC panels etc.,Deputing highly skilled trained person during working hours six days a week with following works in addition to as stipulated in detailed scope of work :1. Testing of entire ACBs 800-2500A (55 nos) with OEM approved test kit.2. Earthing check of all substations/panels/equipment (40 nos aprx.).3. Testing of VCBs (25 nos) and relays (25 nos aprx) with kit. All switches and breakers are well connected to underground HT/LT cables laid in trenches with proper thimbles and the substaions are fully operational.
