Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric mesh of weight not less than 7.75kg per sqm for door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. The pivots to be embedded in floor with cement concrete blocks 15x15x15 cm and hinges to be embedded in walls with cement concrete blocks 23x23x23 cm of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Using flats 30x6mm forbraces and T iron 70x35x6mm central cross piece.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter includingchowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides
