Bidder shall include third party inspection charges of Third Party Inspection agencyin the country of origin. In the case of foreign bidder sourcing items from India the inspection shall be done by EIL, no additional charges shall be payable to Seller on account of the same.

Bidder shall quote Lumpsum Ocean Freight Charges upto Port of Entry in India.

In case of any discrepancy in the Item Description/Tag No./ Qty. specified in Price Schedulevis-à-vis the corresponding details in MR, the Item Description/Tag No./ Qty.specified in MR shall prevail.

In case of INDIAN SOURCED COMPONENTS/ SERVICES OFFERED BY FOREIGN BIDDER, the details of the same to be indicated in the corresponding Formats enclosed with Price schedule. Currency of quote for INDIAN SOURCED COMPONENTS/ SERVICES OFFERED BY FOREIGN BIDDER shall be in INR only.
