Preparation of Substrate : Concrete or screed substrate should be free from laitance, dust and other contamination.The existing epoxy layer to be removed and by mechanical means grinding of surface to be done upto 1mm thickness so that slurry over the concrete get removed completely so that application can be done over the mother concrete surface. The substrate should be surface dry and moisture shall be < 5%, and free from rising damp and ground water pressure. and Grinding the surface , Cutting the cracks in V groove whereever required and clean the dust with vaccum etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and application ofInjection Grout of approved make for Cracks over the concrete surface and cracks between beam and concrete cold joints by pouring method after cutting V-grooves. Injection Grout is a low viscosity epoxy system comprising of epoxy resin and hardner. The system has excellent bond with concrete structures and by virtue of its viscosity it can penetrate into fine cracks and pores having non- shrink and solids of 100% with ratio of 2:1 by weight, with a viscosity of 340 cps, compressive strength of 88 Mpa, Tensile strength of 60 Mpa and Flexural Strength of 30 Mpa on 7 days curing etc. complete all as per manufacture\"s specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Application of Primer : Supply and application of two coats of Epoxy primer of approved make over the mother concrete surface which is a two component epoxy resin based floor primer with high performance phenlkamine, good penetration and sealing propertieshaving bond Strength to concrete >1.5Mpa with a consumption of 0.15-0.2 kg/Sq.m for single coatand with a Dry film thickness of 125-175microns for single coat etc. complete as per manufacture\"s specification and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Epoxy Under lay:- Providing and applying of Epoxy 2 mm thick over the primed substrate usingapproved Make product, 3 Component, satin finish, self-smoothing, Non-tainting and non-dusting, Hard-wearing, Abrasion resistant, High chemical resistance grade available, High strength, heavy duty flooring with good impact resistance having good flow and levelling properties making it easy to apply with a consumption of 3.5-3.9 kg/Sq.m for 2mm thickness having compressive strength >40Mpa as per ASTM C 579, Flxural strength >10Mpa as per ASTM C580, Tensile strength >7Mpa as per ASTM C307 and Pull of Adhesion to concrete >1.5Mpa as per ASTM D 4541etc. complete as per manufacture\"s specification and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Finishing Coat : Supply mixing and application of three component solvent less self levelling epoxy finish withexcellent flow & levelling characteristics which provides a hygienic and dust free environment having High abrasion and chemical resistance with a consumption of 1.7-1.9 kg/sq. m for 1mm thickness with compressive strength >40Mpa, Flexural Strength >10Mpaand Tensile strength >8Mpaetc. complete as per manufacture\"s specification and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.
