| 2 | Removing existing paint by scrapping, sand papering, applying water jet and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, opening the cracks for repairs, fill the cracks with polymer/PU crack fillers as per manufucturer\"s specifications including curing and cleaning the surface after filling the cracks etc. complete as detailed below:Exterior Surface : Preparing the surface for painting by scrapping the surface to remove all loosely adhered particles followed by washing with sufficient quantity of potable water simultaneously remove the algae, vegetation growth etc. from the surface using wire brush and jet pressure wash so as to ensure thorough cleaning and expose the cracks on the surface. Widening the cracks having width more than 0.5mm, by cutting using hand cutter machine into V groove of size 6mmx6mm and filling the grooves using cementitious non- shrinking & non- sagging exterior crack filler of approved make as per the manufacturer’s specification. Cracks having width more than 6mm and upto 20 mm should be filled with PU based crack seal or cementitous non-shrinking & non-sagging crack filler of approved make as per manufacturer specification. After filling the cracks and curing, the surface should be water washed with potable water thoroughly to remove all dirt and particles from the surface and make the surface dry for receiving the Priming coat. |

After filling the cracks and curing, the surface should be applied with white cement based wall care putty in patches whereever required to match with the existing surrounding good surface. After curing, the surface should be properly sand papered, remove all dusts/dirt/particles, clean thoroughly and make the surface dry for receiving the Priming coat. |
| 4 | Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in layers for patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, preparing and plastering the wall surface with White cement based water resistant polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate includes costs of providing and fixing protecting safety net of nylon rope, having mesh size of 75 mm x 75 mm (rope diameter -10 mm) with overlay of nylon mesh, at first floor or second floor (from building line to sufficient width as per the site requirement as directed by authorised officer of NABARD) etc. complete. |
| 5 | Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type of approved make chisel including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, 50 mm average thickness. The rate includes costs of providing and fixing protecting safety net of nylon rope, having mesh size of 75 mm x 75 mm (rope diameter -10 mm) with overlay of nylon mesh, at first floor or second floor (from building line to sufficient width as per the site requirement as directed by authorised officer of NABARD) etc. complete. |
| 6 | Providing & applying anti corrosive treatment with zinc rich epoxy primer to the exposed reinforcement as per manufacturer\"s specifications after preparing the reinforcement as below: Remove the corrosion in steel reinforcement by mechanical means like wire brushing, chipping to remove loose rust and then applying alkaline chemical rust removal solution of approved make with brush and leaving the surface for at least 24 hours, then removing loose materials by scrubbing or with brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to surface dry fro accepting the zinch rich epoxy primer. After detachment of loose scales reddish rusted surface is still left exposed, this has to be retreated or as per approved manufacturers specifications.(Note:-Exposed Surface area prepared for repair of structural member shall be considered for payment) |

No.5 . | 10 | Repairing the existing damaged RCC structural members (vertical or horizontal) usingready mix Micro Concrete of approved brand & make conforming to EN1504 Part 3 (Properties: 28 days compressive strength≥ 55 MPa and Bond Shear Strength ≥ 10 MPa at 14 days), where the thickness of repair is more than 30 mm and upto 115 mm, to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired/ strengthened and repairing with the microconcrete shall be done when the bond coat is tacky, including cost of fixing and removal of good quality shuttering or forms treated with a chemical release agent and braced to withstand the pouring pressure, pouring the microconcrete in forms at all levels & heights, proping, finishing the surface, curing, etc. complete as directed. The quoted rate shall include cost ofall these necessary operations relating to extensive repairs to beams,columns and other structural members. For repairs beyond 80mm to 115mm in thickness, extend Ready Mix Micro Concrete with up to 25kg of 5-12mm sized washed, saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded low absorption, high density aggregates. The microconcrete shall be mixed, applied and cured as per the manufacturer\"s technical specifications (Note: Payment is to be made by weight premixed of micro concrete product consumed as per site register records).The rate includes costs of providing and fixing protecting safety net of nylon rope, having mesh size of 75 mm x 75 mm (rope diameter -10 mm) with overlay of nylon mesh, at first floor or second floor (from building line to sufficient width as per the site requirement as directed by authorised officer of NABARD) etc. complete. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing in position Thermo Mechanically Treated steel bars reinforcement of Grade Fe500D conforming to IS 1786 of various diameters for R.C.C. pile, pile caps, footings,raft,retaining wall,shear wall, lift wall, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardies, coping, fins, arches, etc. at all levels and position as per detailed designs, drawings and bar bending schedules approved by EIC, including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking the bars, making shear connectors for connecting main reinforcement with core concrte by drilling and iserting shear connectors to sufficient depth into core concrete & fix with polyester resin anchoring grout, binding with wires or tack welding, supporting provision with necesary chairs and spacers as required etc. all complete at all locations as directed. | 12 | Interior Paint : Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. Two or more coats ofWall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. The rate includes costs of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing etc. complete. |
| 13 | Exterior Paint : Providing and applying 2 coats of Elastomeric fibre reinforced dampproof primer as per the manufacturer’s specification.After drying the priming coat, providing and applying two or more coats of 100% exterior acrylic water resistant, UV radiation resistant with high heat reflective index, dirt penetration resistant, Algae & fungal resistant and low VOC paint of approved make as per manufacturer’s specification. The painting process should be carried out under the supervision and guidance of the technical expert of the manufacturer and he should be able to furnish stage wise onsite technical reports. For the the entire painting process, the contractor should provide minimum 10 years performance warranty for waterproofing, paint film integrity, flaking, peeling & colour retention and 5 years warranty for Anti Algae for which the contractor should scrupulously follow manufacturer’s specifications in every stage of painting procedure. The rate includes costs of all materials, labour charges, curing etc. complete. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of entire cleaning, repainting & repairing work , applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc. wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of NABARD |
