Loading and transportation of 350 mtr. head turbine pump, 6.6 kV / 425 kW motor, 6\" dia. Foot valve, 4\" dia. NR valve, 4\" dia. sluice valve from surface to site at 75 L / 13 D (R-VIIA) partly manually and partly with the help of haulages.

Loading of 150 mtr. 6.6 kV grade, 35 sq.mm. cable, 6.6 kV / 425 kW starter, 6.6 kV VCB from surface to site at 75 L / 13 D (R-VIIA) partly manually and partly with the help of haulages and laying / hanging this cable from sub-station to VCB.

Loading & transportation of base frame from surface to site with the help of haulages and transporting manually 15 mtr. at the installation site.

Necessary cleaning of installation site.

Placing of base frame and grouting with floor bolts and alignment.

Installation of pump and motor on base frame, aligning them with necessary fabrication, fitting of 4\" dia. NR valve, 4\" dia. sluice valve, 6\" dia. foot valve, 1 no. 4\" dia. pipe bend, 5 no. 6\" dia. suction pipes & delivery side pipe matching and testing them at site of water sump.

Leakage checking and rectification of pump and pipeline
