Supply, Installing, commissioning & Testing of Solar roof top power Plant 30 KWcapacity at HQ bldg and Offr Mess hybrid sys with the following items for each job:-(i) Solar PV module, Standards :- Mono Perc, 545 Wp, each panel =55 Nos. Specification :- IEC 61215/IEC61730 certified panel. Make - Navitas(ii)Module mounting, Structure, Standarads :- GI Section 50x30 chanel with purling with aluminium combo, Section and clamp alongwith other connected accessories.(iii) Solar inverter Standards :- Growatt/Sofar make string inverters, IEC certified. Built in DC disconnected and AC disconnected as per elect board.Specification : KW rating suited for system with 3 phase output for 30kw . Make : Growatt/Navitas(iv) Earth System Specification : IS 3043, Standards : As per IS standard/NBC standard integrated to existing building earth strip or as suited, recommended as per manufacturer. Cost for excavation and required material alongwith PVC pipe will be included in this job. Earth pit also required. Connection ensured from earthing to DBs. earth test result should be less than 10 Ohm.(v)ACDB/LT control Panel including Changeover, MCB and MCCB as per designed. Make : ABB/Citel(vi) DC copper cables & AC aluminium armoured cables from inverter to solar panel and ACDB panel and make arrangement from main existing source alongwith connected accessories. Make : Polycab/Havells/HPL/KEI(vii) Remote monitoring system. Specification : Data logger/App based data with SIM card(viii)Zero net metering device : To be installed for hybrid system (ix)Battery backup : Laid acid, lithieum ion Battery 48v 200ah for excess energy storage upto 30 KWH alonwith connecting cable as per manufacturer design and make necessary connection from inverter. Make - Exide, Luminious, MicrotekNote : Contractor will be bounded to provide \"Certificate of guarantee/warrantee for the product from manufacturer at the time of installations.

Specification :- Mono Perc, 545 Wp, Each Panel = 37 Nos.
