| 5 | M & L for clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete, Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem of Roff rust cleaner of Pidilite or Dr Fixit Rust removal or sholirust of STP Ltd. on the rebars,including cleaning the reinforcement ,wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry. |
| 6 | M & L for providing and fixing additional steel bar or stirrups of diameter in variuos structural elements like columns,beams and foundations including drilling,bending and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | M & L for applying two coats of anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by application of two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer with a minium solid content to 40% solid mixed with cement in 1:1.5 proportion ( 1 part polymer and 1.5 part cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat by brush as per manufacturers instruction.Anti-rust protective shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. |
| 8 | M & L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 9 | M&L for repairing the damaged concrete portion by SBR Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% cement mortar in proportion 1:5:15 i.e. (1 part SBR polymer : 5 parts OPC cement and and 15 parts of graded quartz aggregate (sand) upto 25mm to 40 mm thickness as directed by the manufacturer\"s instruction including necessary curing etc. complete all as specified & as directed.SBR polymershall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. |
| 10 | M & L for water proofing treatment of external walls by applying two coats of elastomeric external acrylic water proofing coating materialover a coat of primer after sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturer’s specifications and directions .complete all as specified & as directed by EIC. (Note :- work will be carried out with scaffolding all over bldg upto G+6 floor of wall. Rate of scaffolding &elastomeric acrylic based exterior paint is included in this item). |

Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. The damaged area of the slab is to be repaired using polymer plaster(POLYMER MODIFIED MORTAR) (1:5:15) 1 monobond 5 Cement-15 sand) –in damaged areas . nozzle to be fixed to the slab using epoxy grout.The work includes complete sealing of cracks, voids from both floor and ceilng(For repair to slab) |
| 14 | Dismantling glass mosaic tiles from the wall surfaces including adhesiveand rubbish off the MD premises |
| 15 | M & L for glass mosaic tiles 20 to 25 x 20 to 25 mm of thickness 3.8 to 4.3 mm of joint 1.6 mm assembled in panels of 300 x 300 mm to rendered surfaces adhesive. The backing paper shall be removed after the tiles have set by washing and cleaning the tiles and gently filling the joints completely (by applying 100 % tile area )using epoxy grout( somany ezy grout or eqvt) and remove excess grout gently from the surface of the tile and cleaning the surface including replacing the damaged/missing chips . |
