Water Proofing treatment of Electrical passenger liftwell installed at Arjan Vihar under GE(U) P&M Delhi Cantt-10M & L for water proofing and rehabilitation of lift pit by proper cleaning /removing the plaster of pit walls and applying waterproofing materials complete all as specified and as directed . Pit water proofing includes following steps:- (i) cleaning of lift Pit with wire brush/washing. (ii) fixing of 10mm dia Aqua TP grouting nipple upto 75mm depth by drilling with 12mm bore hole & fixing in cement mortar @ 2/Sqm (iii)Grouting Dr Miracle SS (or equivalent)@25 Kg/Sqm average grout prepared by mixingDrMiracle SS /WAC Powder with water and 2% Dr Miracle Retrometer (part B) (or equivalent ) by grouting Pump @ 10 to 12 Kg/cm2 pressure (iv)Removal og nipple and making ) Fair & fine by using two coats of Aqua bond and Dr Miracle part 2powder (or equivalent )@4Kg/Sqm (1.5 Kg Aquabond : 2.5 kg Dr Miracle part 2) with MRP glasscloth 40 GSM (v) Kota stone 12 mm thick should be fixedafter water proofing on floor of pit and side walls upto height1.20 meter. Location – Arjun Vihar Block/ Building Nos :- 1 & 9. (Total - 02 lift)
