Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 (in patch work of square or rectangular shape area not exceeding 3 sqm each patch ) finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15 mm thick renderingon brick or concrete masonary wall in CM 1.4 finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of plaster or unplastered surfaces of walls by scrapping down removingall loose dirt chalk grease fungi alkali flakes, tree roots completely, rubbing down washing with water and treating the surfaces , filling up all cracks and voids using cement mortar 1:3 to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint with silicon having anti-algal and Dust resistant properties in Camouflage pattern as per approved CCD Scheme design (as per new Sigma pattern Approved by Station Authority and RGB value variation from 110 to 171 by using 3 to 5 colour or shades as approved by AGE(I)) overa coat of primer of the same manufacturer over 1mm wall care exterior grade putty (as required) complete asper manufacturer\"s instructions upto 4th floor including cleaning windows glass panes , joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc and cleaning the premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornicesand applying two coats of Cement Base Paint in Camouflage pattern as per approved CCD Scheme design (Colour or shade as approved by AGE(I)) as per manufacturers instruction complete upto working height of 6m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
