(f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizingmethod by using ultravioletrayby heavy duty UV radiationwhich shall have 360 degree of sterilization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radiation shall portable and effective for sterilization of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating and suspended bacteria.)(g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G65 of M/S Ray\"s clean tech or equivalent any not-toxic bio-degradable eco-friendly anti-bacterialagentcertified by a Govt. approved laboratory to disinfect the over head tank from all harmfulpathogens. |

(k)Painting of angle iron ladder for OHT after scrapping of old paint byemory paper or any other means with two coat of enamelled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer including arrangement ofscrap folding/ bamboo structure required for entire work.(l) Painting of raising main, distribution, wash out and overflow pipes on over head tank with suitable colour coding.(m) Suitably blocking the incomming and outgoing wash out pipes for avoiding mud and foreign meterials deposited in the OH reservoirs getting into pipes and chocking it prior to starting the cleaning(n) Filling up the over head reseviors full and feed the affected residential/OTM consumers enough water to sustain during the resevior cleaning period.(O) Fresh air to be blown into the tank for a period before allowing a person to enter. The cleaner should wear protective clothing, including gloves, a boots,Safety Helmet and glasses. Contractor should make sure someone remains outside the tank, next to the access hatch all the time in case the cleaner has an accident. The availability of gas masks and portable ventilators would be made available by the contractor at site during cleaning operationNote :-(i)Remove the blockage from inlet/ outlet over flow pipes and ensure satisfactory distribution.Note :- All safety equipments required and necessary insurance for safety of working labourto execute the work is responsible of the contractor. |
