B); 1 Supply and application of approved brand of EPOXY ZINC PHOSPHATE PRIMER (P2) ONE COAT paints including steel scaffolding , preparation of surfaces, identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc.as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles,PPEs, consumables, supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, NRL painting Manual and direction of Engineer in Charge 2 Supply and application of approved brand ofSURFACE TOLERANT EPOXY TIE COAT (T1) ONE COAT paints, including steel scaffolding , preparation of surfaces, identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc.as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles,PPEs consumables,supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, NRL painting Manual and direction of Engineer in Charge 3 Supply and application of approved brand of PHENOLIC BITUMEN BLACK HB PAINT (B1) TWO COATS paints, including steel scaffolding , preparation of surfaces ,identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc.as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles,PPEs, consumables,supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, NRL painting Manual and direction of Engineer in Charge 4 Supply and application of approved brand of COAL TAR EPOXY (C1) ONE COAT paints,including steel scaffolding , preparation of surfaces, identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc.as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required for all heights,labour, materials, tools and tackles,PPEs, consumables, supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, NRL painting Manual and direction of Engineer in Charge 5 Supply and application of approved brandTWO PACK ALIPHATIC ACRYLIC POLYURETHANE FINISH PAINT (F1) TWO COATS including steel scaffolding ,preparation of surfaces, identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc.as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles,PPEs, consumables,supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, NRL painting Manual and direction of Engineer in Charge. 6 Supply and application of approved brandSYTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT (F2) TWO COATS including steel scaffolding ,preparation of surfaces, identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc.as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required for all heights,labour,materials, tools and tackles, PPEs, consumables,supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, NRL painting Manual and direction of Engineer in Charge. 7 Supply and application of approved brand of TWO PACK EPOXY POLYAMIDE MIO UNDERCOAT (U1) ONE COAT.including steel scaffolding , preparation of surfaces , identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc.as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required for all heights,labour, materials, tools and tackles,PPEs, consumables,supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, NRL painting Manual and direction of Engineer in Charge. 8 Supply and application of approved brand of HEAT RESISTANT PAINT (H1) TWO COATS.including steel scaffolding , preparation of surfaces, identifications, lettering/numbering, colour coding etc. as specified including rub down and touch up of shop/field primer or scrapping of shop/field primer wherever required for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles, PPEs, consumables,supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, NRL painting Manual and direction of Engineer in Charge. 9 Lettering/colour coding/painting symbols/signs/Band making on piping/identifications/numbering etc on pipes/equipment/tanks/structures or any other locations as and when required using appropriate paints,colour ,font size as per NRL painting manual ,relevent IS codes ,SCC etc including steel scaffolding, preparation of surfaces, for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles,PPEs, consumables,supervision, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge.(Cost of background base paint will be paid separately)
