| 1 | STREET LIGHT MAINTENANCE IN UDYOGAMANDAL TOWNSHIP AREA 2025/26 |
| 2 | Servicing faulty LED street light fittings by removing and replacing the defective fittings with new ones in street light poles having height up to six meter. The supply of LED street light will be under FACT scope. |
| 3 | Replacement of damaged or defective connecting wires from the JB provided at the bottom of street light pole to the street light fixture, for poles having height upto six meter. The supply of the cable shall be under the FACT scope. |

| 5 | Replacement of damaged or defective connecting wires from the JB provided at the bottom of streetlight pole box to the streetlight fixture, for poles having heights above six meter. The supply of the cable shall be under the FACT scope. |
| 6 | Servicing faulty LED street light fittings by addressing the issues from the ground.The scope of work includes rectifying issues such as loose connection of wire, connector / terminal block , crimping of burnt or corroded wire in the junction box. |
| 7 | Rectification of power supply issues between JB\"s of two street light poles or between the street light pole JB and the feeder pillar box by removal of faulty / damaged cable with laying and clamping of cables of different size upto 4C x 25 sq.mm PVC / XLPE Al armoured Cable. Supply of cables shall be in the FACT scope.Scope of work also includes :1) Laying cable through MS cable trays / walls / trenches / GI pipes by properly clamping the cables at distance not exceeding 50 cm with aluminium clamps/ GI metal saddles.2) Holes through walls should be made by the contractor if required. All the materials including clamps, fasteners etc. required for this work are under the scope of contractor. |
| 8 | Rectification of power supply issues between JB\"s of two street light poles or between the street light pole JB and the feeder pillar box by cutting / removal of damaged portion and rejointing / reconnecting of PVC / XLPE sheathed cable of different size upto 4C x 25 sq.mm. The work covers proper dressing of cables / crimping with appropriate lugs / termination of damaged cables wherever required, all of which are under the contractor’s scope. |
| 9 | Supply and installation of decorative garden top lights / up-and-down lights suitable for outdoor applications. Preferred makes include Luker 12/8 w, Dune B3 garden light , Havells CONE LED Bollard, Philips pedestal Blade Light, or Crompton Heritage LED landscape lights. |
| 10 | Installation and servicing of Spot, focus, LED flood lights , Decorative wall lights , Piller toplights, Garden lights ,Up & Down lights etc. on suitable base or surface. All required fasteners/ accessories / consumables are under the scope of contractor. Required luminaire shall be supplied by FACT. |
| 11 | Excavation of existing or new cable trenches (of average depth 300 mm and 300 mm wide) followed by backfilling and ramming the soil after cable laying to the required level. The indicated depth and width are approximate and may vary depending on site requirement. |
| 12 | Clearing bush growth around street light poles (having height up to six meter) within one meter radius, including uprooting of rank vegetation, brushwood trees ,saplings and removal of the debris from area cleaned to an earmarked / recommended location. The rate quoted shall be per posts. |
| 13 | Clearing bush growth around street light poles(having height above six meter) within one meter radius, including uprooting of rank vegetation, brushwood trees ,saplings and removal of the debris from area cleaned to an earmarked / recommended location. The rate quoted shall be per posts. |
| 14 | Clearing bush growth around feeder piller Box within two meter radius, including uprooting of rank vegetation, brushwood trees ,saplings and removal of the debris from area cleaned to an earmarked / recommended location.The rate quoted shall be per feeder piller Box. |
| 15 | Supply of skilled electricians to attend unforeseen maintenance work [not covered in items 1 to 13 of the schedule of work] on the top of street light poles having height upto nine meters, on an eight-hour shift adhering to all necessary safety protocols such as wearing helmets, safety belts, etc.The electricians should be medically fit to work at heights and possess an ITI Electrician Certificate and a valid Wireman license issued by the Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board. |
| 16 | Supply of unskilled labourers for to attend unforeseen maintenance worknot covered in items 1 to 13 of the schedule of work], on an eight-hour shift basis adhering to all necessary safety protocols. |
