Dismantling, Overhauling at UD-workshop & Fixing back of Actuator of FV721 Control Valve of Size 200NB, Ratings 600# and Weight range - [300 ~ 350kg]The work shall include dismantling, overhauling at UD-workshop & mounting back of actuator to the valve as per Engineer-in-charge\"s instructions as well as std. practices and procedures. The work shall also include removal/ refixing of cables & tubings required for dismantling and fixing back of the valves. Other Fixture/ fittings required for complete servicing of the valves but not indicated are to be considered while disassembling, assembling of valves. The detailed scope of work given in Annexure C.

The work shall also include removal/ refixing of cables & tubings required for dismantling and fixing back of the valves. Other Fixture/ fittings required for complete servicing of the valves but not indicated are to be considered while disassembling, assembling of valves. The detailed scope of work given in Annexure C.

Transportation of control valves of weight 950kg to 2500kg & size of 8 or 16 inch from field to FACT workshop (500m) and from FACT workshop to field using hydra/crane as per the instruction of FACT Engineer. The scope work shall include supply of vehicles and unskilled manpower for loading and unloading of control valves.
