(a)Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications ((As per Sanctioned Rate of DMA,Chennai Vide Lr.no:18464/2023/DO1 dt 07-10-2025) .(The Rate inclusive of GST 18%)(b)Providing and laying 20mm compacted thick Premix carpet with seal coat type A using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm IRC size HBG metal and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mm IRC size HBG metal with 14.60 kgs of of bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm of premix carpet and 0.06 cum of Sand with 6.00 kgs of bitumen for seal coat type B per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature for premix carpet in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 20 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat seperately to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site application of bitumen for sealcoat over premix carpet ,spreading tof seal coat etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 509 of Morth specifications((As per Sanctioned Rate of DMA,Chennai Vide Lr.no:18464/2023/DO1 dt 07-10-2025) .(The Rate inclusive of GST 18%)

(a)Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.((As per Sanctioned Rate of DMA,Chennai Vide Lr.no:18464/2023/DO1 dt 07-10-2025) .(The Rate inclusive of GST 18%)(b)Plain Cement Concrete M20 (Nominal mix) using 20mm and 10mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, including cost of cement at site including cost of framework,soft water labour charges for mixing ,transporting,laying and curing concrete,work at depth,Hire charges for tools and Plants for cement pavment work etc complete asper standard specifications ((As per Sanctioned Rate of DMA,Chennai Vide Lr.no:18464/2023/DO1 dt 07-10-2025) .(The Rate inclusive of GST 18%) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
