Supply, erection, and commissioning of a wire rope hoist with an electric trolley of minimum 2-ton capacity and a standard lift of 9 meters, suitable for operation on both curved and straight monorail paths, make BAJAJ INDEF/KEPRO/ equivalent (ISI certified). The hoist shall have a minimum of two rope falls and headroom of 1250 mm. It shall provide a minimum lifting speed of 6 m/min, while the trolley shall offer a minimum traveling speed of 17 m/min, driven by a trolley motor rated at minimum 0.5 HP / 1000 RPM. The hoist motor shall be rated at minimum 3.3 HP / 1500 RPM. A wire rope of minimum 10 mm diameter shall be used. Overload protection shall be provided, and the electrical hoist panel shall conform to IP-55 protection. All components shall be coated with primer and finished with epoxy paint

Supply, fabrication, erection, and commissioning of a monorail with fixing brackets, consisting of a straight path of 13 meters and a curved path of 3 meters. The rate includes MS pillars, cross beams, base plates, and anchor bolts as per Drawing C and B. All structural steel components shall be painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint. Structural steel members for the monorail shall be TATA/VIZAG/SAIL/ equivalent (ISI-certified).
