Supply of MS steel cot of size 1905 mm (L) 915mm (W) 390 mm (H) height made with 16 gauge CR sheet (IS: 513-2008) at top (Size of CR sheet including crimp on four sides: 2055 mm , 1065 mm) and legs are made with MS square pipe of size 40mm , 40mm , 2.60mm (Confirming to IS:4923: 1997). The head board, leg board of top and bottom horizontals is made with MS and verticals made with MS pipe of 25 mm dia 18 gauge (confirming to IS 3601 : 2006). 3 nos of vertical MS pipes of 20 mm dia with 18 gauge are to be provided at head board side. The bottom side of the cot should be welded with 2 nos of MS tube of size 50 mm , 25 mm , 2.60mm (Confirming to IS 4923: 1997) and 2 nos MS square pipe of 25 mm , 25 mm , 2.00mm (Confirming to IS 4923 : 1997) two sides (Head board and leg board side) Suitable PVC bushes to be provided for legs at bottom.
