| 7 | Material & Labour 50 mm thick plain cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base for floor complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Material & labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks/tiles , any shape & size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS-15658-2006 of80 mm thickness, M-40 grade over 50 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Sand cushion will be measured and paid separately) |
| 9 | Material and labour for laying Sand cushion as under floors of paver blocks/tiles compacted by using plate compactor or other suitable mechanical method etc, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Material & Labour for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks / coping including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Supply & laying 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed pipes, type B, in any length with rubber joints fixed to walls/floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Material & Labour for plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the side of the pipe after they are laid and tested; in 110 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed |
| 13 | Material & Labour Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Material and Labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Taking down unserviceable roof sheets / cladding, providing material and labour for, Pre Painted Galvanized aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | Taking down unserviceable roof sheets / cladding, providing material and labour for, Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | Material and labour for, mild steel Roof trusses (framed), Vertical post, trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Square or Rectangular hollow sections) including distance pieces, cleats, screw bolt with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde-165 , complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 19 | Material and labour for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hangingalso fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E 165), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 20 | Supply only Chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, PVC coated of any size or type not less than 3 mm thick, conforming to BS EN 10245, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 21 | Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 22 | Material and labour Preparation of New or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 23 | Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) as in railing, grating and similar works, made of hollow tubes, rectangular/square pipes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 24 | Supply and fix gun cabinets made of mild steel sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing attached herewith, for storage of 2 arms / guns, double barrel, pump-action guns and rifles along with locking systems, secure storage units for Arms and Ammunition Locker inside, external dimension 170 cm x 35 cm x 26 cm, with internal locker of dimension 114 mm x 195 mm 130 mm, door swing 250 mm having guardian key lock and 2 shooting bolts, single main door, fixing the cabinets in wall / floor with suitable anchor bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
