| 1 | Attending complaints of BLOCKAGE OF WATER PIPE LINES / NO WATER SUPPLY AT ANY kind of ACCOMODATION (MARRIED / OTM/ single / multi story building), IDENTIFY THE FAULTS including rectification by taking down of existing GI/ PPR tubing up to 80 mm bore, cutting/ threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/ sockets/ nipples etc as required at site to RESTORE WATER SUPPLY complete all as specified and directed.Notes:-(i) The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on requirement basis on all working days including Sundays and holidays.(ii) Contractor is responsible for repair/ replacement of any damages to the existing structures, Under Ground HT/ LT/ OFC Cables etc during the course of execution. (iii) Spares/ GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. |
| 2 | Rectification of leakages in pumping / delivery lines(CI/ DI/ PPR/ MS) of size 80 mm to 200 mm at Military area / Military Roads / civil Roads / PWD Roads / Cantt board roads by taking necessary permission from respective authorities by excavating PCC/ RCC/ pavement/ soft & hard soil/ rock of any depth by using necessary T&P(Excavator/ hammer drill)as per the requirement, De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI/ DI specials such as collars, bends/ tail pieces, any type of gasket , welding work etc as required to arrest the leakages completely and making joints, filling the trenches , site clearances and PCC at the top portion as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i)CI specials, lead Joints, D-Joints, Clamp joints, upto 10 kg deemed to be included in quoted.
