| 1 | Routine maintenance and repairs of Solar Water Heating System including cleaning of complete Solar Panels installed at terrace of PN Mess of capacity 1000 Ltrs per day- 1 No, at terrace of NO Mess of Capacity 1000 Ltrs per day- 1 No , at terrace of patient Galley of capacity 1000 Ltrs per day- 1 No , at 40 Single Offrs Accn of capacity 1000 LPD per day - 02 Nos &at Deficient Single Living Nursing Officers Accn of capacity 1000 LPD per day - 02 Nos& at terrace of Sailor Galley of capacity 1000 Ltrs per day - 1 No consisting of solar panels withaccessories, Hot water tank withcontrols, entire pipe lines withvalves by providingtechnician/mechanic for all repairs including repairing electrical backup system of auto functioning for smoothfunctioning of the system, bracing tubes, joints including replacing washers, gaskets, toughened tempered glass 4mm thick ( if existing glass is broken),air release valves nuts & bolts etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Complete Solar system shall be checked and cleaned twice a week for proper functioning.Cost of spare parts/material , man power required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in quoted rate.No additional cost of spare parts is admissible for the above maintenance. |

| 11 | M & L for rolled mild steel in joist,channel,angle or tee sections in framework for staging of water tank, solar panel etc including all necessory drilling, bolting,riveting or welding conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) and embeding the supportin PCC bed block on roof top with suitable size FI hold fast including dismantling carefully existing staging complete all as specified.Note -The staging for water tank/solar panel shall be embedded in PCC block provided over RCC slab. No drilling in RCC slab shall be allowed for fixing staging and any damage due to any reason shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. |
