M&L for two coals of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on new plaster surfaces of wall, in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four/Six shades including preparation of surfaces for height upto 7.5 metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion over one coat of primer on old wall surfaces, in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four/Six shades including preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical scrubber for height not exceeding 10.00 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion over one coat of primer on brick pitching surfaces top of blast pens stone/concrete surfaces in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four/six shades, including preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment scrubbing with mechanical scrubber for height not exceeding 10.00 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four / Six shades including preparation of surfaces & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces after complete removal of existing painted surfaces for height not exceeding 10 metre, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by brush auto roller/spray machine complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces including removing the existing treatment with mechanical scrubber on old surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Notes:-(i) MAKE-ASIAN (APEX SUPREMA), NEROLAC (EXCEL ANTI PEEL), BERGER (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST).(ii) Exterior acrylic emulsion & primer shall be applied only through approved applicators, authorised by the manufacturers for such works.(iii) Entire quantity of material for this work shall be procured by the contractor from manufacturer\"s Depot & deposit the same with Engineer-in-Charge and same shall be issued to contractor on daily basis as per consumption at site (iv) RGB value of six/four shades of disruptive/camouflaging pattern shall be all as shown on Drg No. GE/SK-1/19 sheet 1/2 & 2/2(v) Preparation of surfaces shall be done with mechanised sander having suction vacuum bag using smart periodical methodology including removal of vegetation growth, bushes and the like to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Whole camouflage painting on wall/ PQC against Si No 01 to 07 should be carried out by using mechanical Spray machines.
