Providing and fixing fly proof mesh with frame (Aluminium mosquito section of 25 mm x 10 mm size) to windows, clerestoy windows and doors with powder coated stainless steel mesh (Grade 304) of 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture (or as approved), stretched and fixed on both sides in aluminium outer frame of size 38 mm x 25 mm (1.5\" x 1 ), including fixing with EPDM rubber beeding for tight fitting, punched corner aluminium brackets, powder coated aluminium hinges (Apprx. 40 mm size), PTMT/plastic locks as per requirement, necessary for openable panelsThe entire frame shall be powder coated (minimum 60-80 microns) in approved shadeMinimum weight requirements (1 length = 12 ft) -Outer frame - 950g/length- Mosquito frame - 650g/length- Cross tie - 650g/length
