Cost for Basic Service Charges, Administration and Management, Running of Office, Supplying installation, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance cost of Dam accessories, Pipeline with Tunnel, motor pump sets, materials required for maintenance & repairs, Cost of material/equipment spares, repair/replacement of equipment and labour, all other expenses such as expenses for patrolling, administration and management, permanent & temporary staff, running office, maintenance of all structures, updating of operation and maintenance manual, lubricants, consumables, etc. and all other incidental and indirect expenses, as per Scope of Work & terms & conditions for the works detailed in bid document or for works otherwise required as per good engineering practices for Operation and Maintenance of the entire system (Mansi Wakal stage I) of contract to maintain value of E as 0.5093 (KWH/KL) for 06 Months and PF not below 0.96 for 06 months.
