To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule2009 Part-I (Specification) together with amendment No 1 to 3 and MES Sch of rates 2020 Part-II (Rates),and General Condition of contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata No. 1 to 20 and amendment No.1 to 49 forming part of tender documents,at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule for period of one yearfrom the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter subject to contractor\"s quoted % age {excess (+) or less (-) available at 2nd row from the bottom of this BOQ}on MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II) .

Notes :- (i) Tenderer shall insertpercentage rate at the 2nd row from the bottom of this BOQ.(ii)Tenderer shall refer and \"Select\"the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the2nd row from the bottom of this BOQto quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II).(iii) The work/services shall be ordered through work order to be priced at MES Schedule Rates Part II 2020 duly adjusted by percentage quoted by the contractor. (iv) Amount inserted by MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is for a rough guidance and for reference only.
