| 1 | Design ,supply and Procure ,erect ,install ,testing and commissionof grid connected solar power system of 60 KWpcapacity, roof top including solar photovoltaic Modules ,DC & AC cabling, DCDB, ACDB, Module Mounting GI structures Combining Boxes, lighting Protections of SPV modules and other accessories , string inverter andconnecting to local utility grid (Note : considering existing HT Bidirection meter available in this EB service, Generation meter cost shall beincluded in the quoted rate) consisting of thefollowing main components :-MonoPERC crystaline solar Photovoltaic modules minimum of 550 Wp, not less than 60 KWp capacity having efficiency 19% min under standard conditions from fill factor more than 0.74, plantperformance ratio 75 %made of high transmitivity glass frontsurface and it shall give high encapsulation gain (transmittance above 90 % and bending less than 0.3%).The electrical parameters of SPV modules under standard test condtion of irradiance 1000 w/sqm , AM 1.5 spectrum and temp 25 Degree Celsius shall be asunder: MaxPeak Power Pmax545w, voltage at Mas Power 41.98 V, current at Pmax 12.99 A ,short curcuit current 13.74A, open circuit voltage 49.97,Module Efficlency 20.99% |
| 2 | (a)Rated out put of the modules shall have positive tolerance of 3- 5 % and no negative tolerance is allowed. |
| 3 | (b)It shall perform satisfactorily in RH 85% with temperature up to+ 85 degree C and should withstand wind of 150 kmph on the surface of panel. |
| 4 | (c)Solar panels/ SPV Modules shall be warranted for their output peak watt capacity and it shall not fall of its initial value below 90 % in first 12 year and 80 % after the end of 25 years. |
| 5 | (d)Each module shall have RFID tag encapsulated with solar cell bearing following details :- Name of manufacture of SPV Module , Name of Manufacturer of solarcell and module, country of Origin ( Both cell and module), Peakwattage , Imax , Vmax and form factor of the module, IV curve of module. |
| 6 | (e) The temperature coefficient of the module shall not be more than 0.50% degree celcius. |
| 7 | (f)PV modules must confirm to latest edition of IEC 61215/IS 14286. In addition the modules must confirm to IEC 61730 Part I and II for construction and testing % safety qualifications and confirming to IEC 62804 PID. |
| 8 | (g) It shall also be in conformity to latest minimum technicalspecification issued by MNRE from time to time . Modules should be of 144 cell configuration and should be of MNRE approved companies / agemcoes om catergpru/ ratomgSA-1A |
| 9 | (h) EarthingProvision of chemical gel earthing kit - 2 Mtr + 20 kg bag as required and earth strip of size 25x3 mm aluminium strip of 150RMfor earth of solarPV module / array etc as per latest IS/MNRE NORMS to be provided and cost of the same is deemedto be included in the item and no extra amount will be paid to the contractor on this account. |

| 11 | (k)Cables:(i) Solar Modules to Inverter : 1C x 4 sqmm Solar Cable XLPO - Flexible tinned copper stranded class-5 conductors as per IEC-60228, Insulation - Cross linked poyolefin, Outer sheath-Halogen free Polyolefin Black colour - suitable length as per site requirment(ii) Inverter to ACDB : 3.5C x 35 Sqmm Cu conductor, un armoured cables-suitable length as per site requirment.(ii) ACDB to LT Panel : 3.5C x 70sqmm Al conductor, XLPE insulated, armoured cables-suitable length as per site requirment.The size of the cableshall be such that average voltage drop at full power from PV moduleto inverter shall be less than 1.5 % . Suitable electronic smart meter to be fixed tomeasure generation of electricity . The wiringof the module interconnection shall be insuitable size UPVC/ HDPE pipe . The costof interconnectionDC copper cableand earth work for trenches suitable to accommodatesolar grade cable from SPV module upto inverters are included inthe item.Make :- Lapp, Havells, Polycab, Leoni, siechem. |
| 12 | (l) Module Mounting structureDesign Procure , Fixing, supprot structure made of hot dipped galvanisized mild steel with min 80 micronthickness including necessary PCC foundation and associated workand fixing mounting arrangement suitable for SPV moudules so as itcan withstand wind speed of 150KM per hour. The aray monted structure has to be so designed that it occupies minimum spacewithout sacrificing the output of SPVpanels , nuts , bolts, mountingstructure including module monting structure shall have to beadequatly protected from atmosphere and weather prevailing inthe area. All the modules fixing fastners shall be of stainless steelof grade SS-304. The module monting structure to be fixed tilt tooptimise the maximum generation in a year . Cost of all equipments GI aluminium up to earth test point and earthingetc are included in this item. The cost of sufficient earthing for lightning protection is included in this item and no extra payment willbe made to the contractor on this account. |

| 29 | (p ) Thecontractor shall submit complete scheme includingelectrical diagram of the work , schematic diagram SPV modulelayout , Civil work viz etc complete as per SECI latest guidelines asapplicable IEC and IS to the GE for approval with in one month ofdate of commencement of the work . |

| 32 | (s) TheRate quoted by the contractorshall be inclusive of supply, installation of net metering/Generation metering with suitableweather proof enclosure for billing purpose after liasoning withTANGEDCOordeposit the money to TANGEDCOfor net metering as per their direction.Note: 10% of CA amount shall be kept on reserve and the samewill be released after installation of net metering and necessary approval from TANGEDCO. |

| 37 | (x) M&L for fabrication of fire fighting stand made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm, MS angle of suitable size to accommodate with and including 04 Nos offire buckets filled with dry river sand with suitable MS hooks complete alongwith MS sheet weather proof roof canopy on top of the stand of adequate size including painting the complete fire fighting stand with twocoats of synthetic enamel red colour paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing \"FIRE\" on the stand as wells as on roof canopy including installation on the ground/floor with PCC embedding complete all as specified and directed. |
| 38 | (y) S&F Electric shock treatment chart of size 3\"X2\" of laminated sheet with all matters duly printed in TAMIL, HINDI & ENGLISH languages with all signs as per IS specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:The contractor should have MoU with solar power firms registered as a vendor with total installed capacity greater than 60kWp on the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana National Portal and having sufficient experience .However requirement of MoU shall be exempted for contractors who themselveshaving requisite vendor registration mentioned here-inbefore. |
