M 30 mix (using 400 kg of cement per m3 of finished concrete) in column footings, strip footings, raft foundations, plinth beams, bed blocks, cellular raft, plinth courses and similar types of works etc., using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping and/or vibrating, finishing, curing, form work, cost of super plasticizer etc., as required complete. | 9 | Supplying, placing and maintaining in position ribbed tor steel or mild steel reinforcing bars varying from 6mm to 40 mm dia. including straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills with annealed steel binding wire of 18 guage(1.22mm dia.) including cost of binding wire, transportation to site etc., complete. | 10 | Plastering to concrete surface with CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm using 25.5 kg of cement and 0.05 m3 of sand per 10 m2 smooth and even finishing, cleaning the surface, hacking and roughening the concrete surface, curing etc., complete. All labour and materials as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Dismantling RCC/PCC to the required lines and levels by using mechanical equipment of jack hammer including necessary compressor equipment, cutting, bits fuel operator charges tools etc., or any other equipment machinery and removing the debris with a lead of 50 m including cutting the reinforcement bars and stacking the useful materials, handing over the bars to stores etc., as required and as diarected by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. |

| 13 | Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock ) in trenches, plinth sides of foundations etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m as required and as diarected by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. |
