(The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.(a).Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make and confirming to ASTM C881 of Type-1 with Grade 1B & 1C of bond strength ≥ 10MPA at 14 days . |
| 8 | Providing M24 Grade 5.8 fully threaded Anchor as per IS 1367(HIT-V/G-M) minimum length 500 mm, including drilling of hole in 28 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062-E450A/BR and in HPC and fixing M24 grade 5.8 fully threaded Anchor as per IS 1367(HIT-V/G-M)minimum length 500 mm in hole with Chemical adhesive HIT RE 500V4/FIS EM PLUS, complete in all respect in spillway glacis. Hammer drilled hole of 26mm dia and 468mm depth (minimum) shall be done in concrete to fix the anchor. Pull out test of anchors at load of 5.5T per anchor to be done. The scope of work i.e. welding on M24 Grade 5.8 fully threaded Anchor as per IS 1367(HIT-V/G-M)and finishing the surface smoothly by grinding is covered in the item of 32 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062- E410 A/BR/B0. |

| 12 | Providing, Fabrication and installation of 32 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062-(2011) Grade E-410A/BR/B0 Minimim and and structural steel shall confirmed to IS 2062(2011) Grade E-250 A/BR/B0 in Spillway Glacis of Dam including rolling to the required radius,cut to shape,cutting & makingholesfor chemical anchors & Grout holesas per drawing and welding with approved electrodes AWS:E7017,AWS:E309 having excellent mechanical properties for heavy joints under restraint and subjected to dynamic loading. (As per drawing no.NHDG/2DC/45/DD/017/00(Sheet 1&2). All butt welds are to be ultrasonically tested along with suitable NDT(Non Destructive test) to ensure soundness of other welds. All full penetration butt weld shall be subjected to radiographic quality testing wherever not possible it should be ultrasonically tested. Erection tolerance for embedded parts shall be considered as per IS 4623. |
