Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface I recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor singlecore cable etc. as required

Supply and fixing of recess/surface/pendent mounting round 6 Watt LED Down Lighter having Powder coated die cast aluminium housing with heat sink, diffuser/refector and driver set complete in all respect.as per DSR

M.S. or Iron work of Heavy sizes such as trusses, gate etc. i/c supply of steel bolt, nut etc req for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white colour board Jali, CNC (Computer numeric control) routed of approved design by Engineer in -charge which are machine cut for duct/shaft covering, partitions and facades comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium corbonate and natural fibers (woodpowder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/ cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properties of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing on M.S (mild steel) frame made of 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm
