After thorough servicing Contractor\"s representative shall record all the work done/pending or warning forwearing/ageing of equipments/components in the register.(b) The contractor shall ensure smooth and trouble free operation of SCADA system during entire AMC period. However, if SCADA system does not meet the desired performance and defects continue to persist either due to operating system not upgraded & old version not supported or hardware components not available as obsolete, in these conditions, contractor shall upgrade the system at free of cost.(c) Each breakdown or failure of any components or malfunctioning of equipments is to be explained by contractor alongwith remedial measures to be adopted to avoid such re-occurrence. |

| 22 | Annual maintance contract (AMC) (Level 2) from OEM, that providesinspectionfor comprehensive maintanance, preventive maintanance (Scheduled maintenance, recommendation to strategic spares ,Ageing components replacement ), corrective care (On call emergency breakdown maintenance), repair, retrofit, upgradation, and refurbishment field services, Remote Support (Phone/email) by OEM representatives to entire contract period for inverter of capacity 1000 KW.OEM reps shall visit site once in two months for routine preventive maintanance and with in 48 hours if emergency breakdown occurs.Maintenance shall include (but not limited to) Trouble Shooting of any reported faults, functional tests, recommendation for repairs and replacement, supervision of repairs based on the availability of spares. Contractor shallensure minimum availability of spares at site during the preventive maintenance isit.Contractor will make available to OEM representatives, appropriate staff who are familiar with the equipment and provide suitable working space and facilities like blower, general tools and suitable safe storage for maintenance equipment.Contractor shalll be liable to ensure for continuoes working of inverter with out any breakdown. In case of emergency breakdown,contractor should make efforts to bring back the inverter to serviceable condition with in 48 hours after recieving complaint from department ,otherwise penalty will be imposed Rs 2000/day after completion of 48 hours.This item includes monthly servicing of inverter i:e opening of contactors,cleaning with blowers,cleaning of terminals , refixing of contactors, inspection of control wiring , MCBs, inspection of auxialiary supply ,tightning of loose connections etc whatever required for smooth functioning of inverter and contractor shall report to enginer in charge if any abnormality found in inverter. Spares required during maintanance shall bemeasured and paidseparately in respective items below. One Each job will be measured and paid for AMC of one inverter for 11 months.
