| 1 | M&L comprehensive maintenance of4 loops addressbale fire alarm system installed at NEW OPD COMPLEX under Base hospital through OEM (Honeywell) during the period of contract with complete testing of Fire alarm Panel , Manual Call Points Wall sounder, buzzer, receiving panel , smoke detector and other connected items complete in all aspect in presence of Engr-in-Charge and New OPD Rep to their complete satisfaction.Note :-All work shall be carried out only by authorised Rep of OEM and using all genuine spare parts supplied by OEM only, in this regard an MOU between OEM i.e M/S Honeywell and the Contractor must be perform ,A copy of the same MOU shall be uploaded with the tender document .(i) Preventive maintenance of all systems on monthly basis and upkeep of log book.(ii) Attending all complaints within 24 working hours intimated by Engr-in-Charge.(iii) Field service report shall be maintained and submitted to the Engr-in-Charge after expiry of every month and before submission of RAR .(iv) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary T&P etc(v) Major Spares Part(like Control Panel, Smoke Sensor, MCP) that need to be replace shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.(vi)A damage of Rs 500.00 per complaint per day shall be imposed on contractor, if the complaint shall not attended within 24 Hours of complaint intimated byEngr-in-Charge.(vii) Contractor also displays his contact number near Fire Alarm Panel and complaint shall be attended immediately within time frame given in particular specification. (viii)Every month Technician shall check serviceability of Fire detection system and serviceability report of Fire Alarm system shall be submitted by the contractor. |
