| 15 | M&L for disconnectingHT & LT side cables of follwing indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA and earth strip from body and neutral of transformer mounted on two pole/four pole structure and taking down the transformer manually/using mechanical means and lifting loading and transportation to MES store yard/site to civil workshop for repair and opening of covers,draining out existing transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover ,lifting of core,cleaning of oil tank and checking any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank,using chemicals,cleaning of core after removing HT/LT winding,re-assembling of new HT/LT windings with core varnishing heating and bringing back the same and fixed on its existing location after repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note-(i) Rewiding of HT/LT coil any type/material,dehydration of transformer oil etc.will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of the schedule. (ii) Spare part shall be measured and paid seperately and cost of fixing and connection of spare shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate of the above items. |
