3Steel work welded in built-up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc., as required. In stringers, treads, landings, etc. of staircases, including the use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete
4Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.
5Enamel painting for doors/windows / wall panels (two or more coats including a coat of primer) on both exterior and interior surface of wooden and steel joineries using approved colour, make and brand of synthetic enamel paint two or more coats over a coat of primer as per Annexure A.1.4. (Top coat enamel coverage not less than 8.83sqm per litre for two coats over a coat of primer as per manufacturers specifications). The contractor should ensure complete covering of floors using tarpaulin / plastic sheet while taking up the work. The work shall be executed as per the detailed specifications. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of charges towards all labour, material, transport, scaffolding, safety arrangements, Personal Protective Equipments (PPE), tools and plants etc. (Asian (Premium Gloss Enamel) / Berger Luxol High Gloss Enamel / / Nippon Hi Gloss Enamel).
6Earthwork in Excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil All kinds of soil
7Dismantling the existing grano flooring at all levels 25 to 50mm thickness and stacking the dismantled material within 50m lead.
8Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth : consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m

10Providing and laying in position of RCC of grade M35 Concrete with super plastizisers for walls and floors, columns, beams and slabs excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement etc complete at all levels as per the direction of Engineer in charge.(minimum cement content 380 kg/cum + fly ash as per IS 456.
11Supplying and filling in plinth with M-Sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

17Applying super premium quality 100% interior Acrylic emulsion paint two or more coats over a primer coat including complete scraping.
