| 1 | Supplyingstructure weather proof PU silicone sealant (ARDA / SIKA -make) and filling with gunone layer upto 5 mm depth and 12 mm width (Average as per site requirement), i/c 12mm dia. backer rodon the cleaned up glazing surface for bonding with existing glass glazing system i/c removing of old sealant, backer rod, at all heights on the curved surface / as per the site etc. all complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.a) PU Sealant Catrage 600 ml.NOTE:- i) Item includes supplying, providing and filling with gun filled structure weather proof PU sealant fillers & fixtures all machineries & manpower, at height of the Building site is approx. 28.00 meter from ground level and including all taxes i.e. Sale tax, Excise duty, Customs duty, Service tax etc. complete but excluding GST. The above work is to be carried out by a specialized agency and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.ii) The item contains complete work including Scaffolding, safety measures to be taken at height upto 28.00 metre etc. The work shall be carried out as per manufactures specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge.iii) Before execution of work agency will submit all the samples of materials to be used for approval of Competent Authority.iv) After completion of the work agency will submit Bank Guarantee@ 5% of work done cost, in favour of Chairman AAI against safety and stability of the whole work in order to prevent water leakage for a period of 05(Five) years .v) After completing the application the specialized agency shall issue waranty certificate for 05 years |

| 4 | Removing and cleaning of CGI Sheet dust ,oil and grease or repair all the damaged portion and overlapping joints with PU sealant and cover with Glass fibre mesh of 45GSM and followed by Laying of rubberizedestomeric waterproofing membrane with specification of elongation is 1300%.After-that priming the surface flexothane HPU in the ratio of 1:1 with waterafter that three coats of FLEXOTHANE HPU and DFT is 1mm or application is done with Airless spray pump for uniform Flexothane HPU Membrane, after successful application the warranty period for 05 years. |
| 5 | P/F aluminium composite panel 3mm thick (0.30mm+2.40mm+0.30 mm)of approved colour/shade in cladding consisting aluminium sheet on both faces of PE core with PVDF coating on front skin panel of Rey bond/Alpolic/ Alucobond/Alupan or equivalent make on aluminium frame at all heights (i/c scaffolding/T&P). Aluminium composite panel shall be fixed on aluminium frame with necessary screws etc. and gap filled with structural sealant along all edges/joints of aluminium composite panel, all complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Aluminium frame work shall be measured & paid separetaly). |

| 11 | Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. |
