| 2 | Removing, lifting,shifting, loading, unloading, transportation of above motor from ELGI Make air compressor no 2 located at basement of Hanger no 4 OAP, AIESL Mumbai to your works and return to basement of Hanger no 4 at OAP (at same place form where it was removed) including all labour, tools, equipments, and to & fro transportation cost etc. |
| 3 | Complete dismantling of motor, bearing, rotor shaft, cooling fan, space heaters etc. at your work shop. Inspection of parts, repairing, overhauling, replacing worn out parts, replacing defective/burnt copper winding with class \"F\" insulation, re-varnishing, heating etc. Assembling and fitting of the complete motor with all parts and testing in your work shop. Test report to be submitted. |
| 4 | Providing new heavy duty bearings suitable for above motor as per existing sample. |
| 5 | Providing new heavy duty cooling fan suitable for above motor (as per existing sample). |
| 6 | Providing new flexible space heaters suitable for above motor (to be replaced as per sample only if the existing heaters has been found defective after opening the motor). |
| 7 | Endshield Bearing Stape DE & NDE Side Metalizing (to be done only if existing condition is found bad) |
| 8 | Rotor shaft DE & NDE Side Bearing Stape Metalizing (to be done only if existing condition is found bad) |
| 9 | Dynamic balancing of rotor with shaft and coupling (to be done if required). Balancing report to be submitted. |
| 10 | Re-installation of the repaired motor with ELGI air compressor no 2 at basement of Hanger no 4 AIESL, coupling it, aligning it with the compressor, leveling and refixing all nuts and bolts, Start up, trial run, testing, commissioning of the complete motor-compressor set on full load, measuring current in three phase to check balance of current in three phase and to compare with full load current of the compressor. Measuring vibration of ELGI air compressor no 2 to confirm whether the vibration in the compressor is below the acceptable value. Providing warranty as per scope of work. |
